Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM New York time. Orders placed around or after the cut-off time may be processed on the following business day.

Which items cannot be returned?

Items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise do not meet the applicable return requirements.

Items with removed tags or labels, missing original packaging or components, customized or personalized products, gift cards, digital products, and certain clearance or final-sale items may also be excluded.

Do I need an unboxing video?

For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or other product issue where evidence is required, an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product and the issue is required.

How long does a refund take?

Once a return is approved, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount.
